Being the daughter of a Chiropractor, Melinda grew up admiring the strength and abilities of the human form. At a young age she realized how important it was to treat the whole body and from that point on has made it a daily practice to do no harm. Though she had taken a few yoga classes in High School it wasn’t until a move during College to surf Hawaiian waves a few years later when she truly started to learn the benefits first hand. Melinda focuses on each clients individual needs and strives to make the entire experience enjoyable. She feels that in home one on one sessions lends itself nicely to a comfortable environment and allows her to work closely with all yoga levels.
